 The proposal includes details such as scope of services, timeline, pricing structure, and expected outcomes.  


Onboarding Process

Organization specific, typically 30 days

 Once the proposal is accepted, we initiate the onboarding process, which involves gathering necessary documentation, establishing communication channels, and setting up access to relevant systems and tools.  

 Our team collaborates closely with your staff to ensure a smooth transition and effective integration of our services into your operations.  

 We implement the agreed-upon services, such as revenue cycle management, denial management, authorizations, contracting, credentialing, or utilization review, based on the customized proposal.

Ongoing Support
